▪️If you require your order to be dispatched on a specific date, please contact us within 12 hours of completing your purchase. Only one date change per order is allowed.

▪️Where no preferred dispatch date is received, standard delivery terms apply. We dispatch brownies Mon-Wed. Orders received after 4pm Tue will be shipped the following week

▪️ We use Australia Post and ship via express

▪️ Christmas cut-off dates from Brisbane to metro locations:

❗NT, TAS and WA: 20 December 2024

❗All other States: 23 December 2024

▪️ To choose the appropriate dispatch date, check estimated postal times from 4000 (Brisbane) to your nominated postcode here

▪️ All metro & rural areas may take longer during Christmas periods. Please keep this in mind & choose dispatch date accordingly

▪️ If you are not home to receive your package, Australia Post will leave it in a safe place. All orders are packaged in a shipping box for safe transport, however Boring Brownies can not be held responsible for a package if the recipient is not present to receive the order. If you are concerned about your order being left outside exposed to heat damage or pests, we recommend choosing a delivery address where there will be a recipient present or sending to a parcel locker

▪️ Best to eat within 5 days from date shipped for maximum freshness.

▪️ Refrigerate immediately to prolong brownie life for up to 7 days.

▪️ Store in an airtight container in a cool location out of direct sunlight if not refrigerated.

▪️ Eat as is, straight from the fridge (once refrigerated) or microwave for 5-10 seconds for extra gooey-ness.

All brownies may contain gluten, wheat, dairy, soy, egg, peanuts and tree nuts.
