Shipping

Preferred shipping date:

All orders received between November - December 2024 are eligible to choose a preferred dispatch date. Boring Brownies must be notified within 12 hours of order confirmation or we may not be able to accommodate the request.  Only one date change per order can be accommodated.

Shipping day:

We dispatch (ship) orders on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday, excluding public holidays.

Cut-off time:

Orders received after 4:00pm AEST on Tuesday will be shipped the following Monday-Wednesday.

Processing time:

Allow 1-2 business days for processing.
All orders will be baked the day prior, for dispatch on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. This is to ensure there is sufficient time to make your orders as they are freshly baked and to ensure quality and freshness.

Where do we ship?

We ship to all Australian states and territories.

How long does it take my order to ship?

1-4 BUSINESS DAYS

We use Australia Post and ship via Express.
Orders shipped to metro cities will generally take 1 business day to arrive, once order is dispatched.
Orders shipped to regional locations will generally take up to 4 business days to arrive, once dispatched.
You acknowledge upon placing an order that once the order has been dispatched, we do not bear any responsibilities regarding any delays.

What happens if I'm not home to receive the delivery?

If you are not home to receive your package, Australia Post will leave it in a safe place. All orders are packaged in a shipping box for safe transport, however Boring Brownies can not be held responsible for a package if the recipient is not present to receive the order. If you are concerned about your order being left outside exposed to heat damage or pests, we recommend choosing a delivery address where there will be a recipient present or sending to a parcel locker.

Returns & Refunds

All of our brownies are made in house, by hand. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot be responsible for how they are transported and stored once they leave our shop. 

Order Cancellations & Modifications

We reserve the right to decline an order cancellation if we are not able to complete the request before the product has already been shipped. Please double check your order before placing it, ensuring all details in the delivery address are correct. If an order has already been fulfilled, we cannot modify the order or shipping address.
