Express shipping

We only offer express shipping due to the perishable nature of our products. We do not accept refunds and/or returns for change of mind.
We use Australia Post for shipment of your product.
If there is no one present to receive your delivery when the package arrives, Australia post will leave the parcel in a safe location or taken to a local post office if not suitable.
While we ensure all orders are carefully packed for safe delivery, Boring Brownies cannot be liable if the recipient isn't available to accept the delivery at the elected receiving address.
Therefore it is the responsibility of the receiver to nominate an address that is: 
a) attended upon delivery; or
b) if the premises are unattended, the receiver assumes responsibility for the package if it is left in a safe place upon delivery
If you are concerned about the parcel being left in a safe place upon arrival, we encourage you to choose another shipping address that will be attended during business hours on your chosen date, or consider sending your parcel to a parcel locker.
To prevent potential exposure to heat or pests, we suggest selecting a delivery address where someone will be available or opting for a parcel locker.
Should your order arrive incorrect, please contact us with a photo of your order containing the shipping label and full contents of the package with a brief description and we will discuss a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Please note, we will not be responsible for reimbursing shipping costs via our courier partners.

Local Pickup

We do not offer local pickup at this stage.

Our Brownies

At Boring Brownies, we strive to create products that we're proud of from the moment they leave our hands. Each of our orders are baked fresh and handmade, therefore no two items will ever be identical. These are handmade products made to order and will result in slight variations between individual brownies.

Returns & Refunds

All of our brownies are made in house, by hand. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot be responsible for how they are transported and stored once they leave our store. 

Order Cancellations & Modifications

We understand plans change and are willing to accommodate changes to your order. You must provide 48 hours notice (from the time your order was placed).
Cancellations must be notified via email to boringbrownies@gmail.com
If you fail to do so, we will not be able to accommodate changes to your order and have a strict no cancellations policy within this time frame.
