Where can I find the ingredients and allergens list?

When do you ship the brownies?
We ship every Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday via Express post with Australia Post.
Orders placed after 3:00pm AEST on Tuesday will be shipped the following Monday-Wednesday.
Rural areas with 3+ estimated business days from Brisbane (4000) will only be shipped on Monday even if ordered within the cut-off time. This is to factor any potential Australia Post delays.
What size are your brownies?
The sizes of our brownies are listed in each product listing so no surprises when you receive them.
Please note that as our products are handmade to order, there may be slight variances and the dimensions provided are approximate.
Do you offer pick-up?
Unfortunately we do not offer pick-up.
Do you offer further customisations than what's offered on the website?
No further customisations will be accepted than those advertised.
Do you take bulk or specialty (birthdays/wedding) orders?
Yes we do! This is only available for those living in Brisbane or the Gold Coast.

I made a mistake, can I cancel my order?
You must provide 48 hours notice (from the time your order was placed).
Cancellations must be notified via email to boringbrownies@gmail.com
If you fail to do so, we will not be able to accommodate changes to your order and have a strict no cancellations policy within this time frame.
Can I modify my order after purchase?
No. Please cancel your order as soon as possible (refer to the FAQ above) and re-order.
